Meet the Staff


Stephanie Glasgow-Herrera, RDH

Stephanie completed her dental hygiene degree in 2010 at Pueblo Community College. She was the recipient of the Sigma Phi Alpha award. This prestigious award was given to the student who had demonstrated the best patient/clinician relationship throughout his/her dental hygiene education. 

Having practiced as a licensed dental hygienist in New Mexico for the past 8 years, Stephanie is highly experienced and is up to date the the latest periodontal diagnosis and treatment guides recommended by the American Dental Association. She has worked with Dr. Le for over 4 years. They both share the same patient care philosophies and work ethics, and believe in preventive and proactive approach in providing care to patients.

Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, she relocated to New Mexico from Colorado in 2011. Some of her hobbies include exercising, baking and spending time with her family. She resides with her husband and two young sons in Los Lunas.

Rebecca Mestas, RDH

Rebecca is a compassionate and understanding dental hygienist who takes great pride in making her patients feel comfortable in her care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of New Mexico in 2013. Go Lobos! She is well qualified in periodontal treatments as recommended by the American Academy of Periodontology and the American Dental Association. Rebecca is also laser-certified, and would love to converse with patients about advantages of combining traditional periodontal treatment and laser therapy in managing periodontal disease.

Rebecca was born and raised in Albuquerque's North Valley. In her spare time, she does autocross racing with Robert, her long-time boyfriend of 9 years, in their Subaru BRZ and Acura RSX. She is an artist who loves to paint realistic pictures with close attention to detail, which translates to her career as a dental hygienist. She also adores spending time with her close-knit family, her son Diego (19) and her step-son Adrian ( 24). Lastly, Rebecca enjoys donating her time to the Special Olympics and the Mission of Mercy as ways to give back to her community.

Kristie Gunn, Patient Care Administrator and DA

Kristie was born in Santa Fe, NM and relocated at the age of 13 to Fort Collins, CO. She obtained her education and degree in dental assisting at the Colorado School of Dental Assisting in 2012. She served as a hygiene assistant and lead dental assistant for four years in private dental offices in Colorado. Because of her positive, fast-learning, and driven personality, Kristie was promoted to work as a patient care administrator and then office manager in 2016.

Kristie relocated back to New Mexico in March of 2019 to be closer to families. Almost immediately and serendipitously, she joined Dr. Le's team and is now the friendly face who greets patients at each dental visit. She is eager to bring her previous experience in office management to further grow the practice. Kristie enjoys meeting and strengthening relationships with our new and established patients. 

Kristie enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and fishing, and looks forward to exploring New Mexico again. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.

Alicia Quintana, RDA

Alicia was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM and has lived in Rio Rancho the past ten years. She has grown to love this city and is always donating her time to local charities, sporting events, and tournaments to help those in need.

Alicia graduated from PIMA Medical Institute with a degree in dental assisting in 2007.  She loves her career in the dental field and is highly experienced in many aspects of dentistry that would help run a successful dental practice. Alicia has excelled in previous roles as a Surgical Dental Assistant, a Lead Dental Assistant, a Patient Coordinator, and an Office Manager.  With her positive and can-do attitude, she is Dr. Le's lead dental assistant. Alicia is very passionate and takes great pride in her role to ensure that patients are taken care of, receive quality care, and leave with a stellar experience. 

In her spare time, Alicia enjoys dancing, swimming, tanning, fishing, camping, and playing in different types of sports such as a utility player in softball since 2010 and a former semi-pro woman's football player for 3 years. She also loves the outdoors, spending as much time in the sun as she can, and being with her family and friends.


Ashley Gomez, RDA

Ashley graduated from PIMA Medical Institute and received her license as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2011. Ashley joined Dr. Le's staff at the start of 2018 and loves being a dental assistant; she finds her job very rewarding. She takes the time to get to know her patients and makes sure they are comfortable during their visits. Her hobbies include reading, concerts, rodeos, family BBQ's, movies and volunteering. Ashley had donated her time to volunteer at her local church and the Convey of Hope Free Dental Screening. She is also a true animal lover and enjoys spending time with her family's farm animals which include horses, chickens, cows, dogs, birds, rabbits and a fish.
