Trang T. Le, DMD

Dr. Trang Le received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 2001 and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2007.
After dental school, she relocated to Las Cruces, NM, to begin her dental career as a member of the National Health Service Corp. She spent four years providing dental care to the underserved pediatric and adult populations of Hatch, NM, and the surrounding areas. Albuquerque became her permanent home in 2011.

Dr. Le loves every aspect of dentistry, especially dental esthetics. She highly values taking the time to deliver good care and create lasting relationships with patients. Her core practice philosophy is building close and trustful relationships with her staff and patients. She encourages open communication, kindness, and respectful treatment of patients among her dental team. Dr. Le heavily invests in technology and continuing education to continually strive to be a better clinician.

Giving back to the community is important to Dr. Le. She regularly participates in the New Mexico Mission of Mercy held throughout the state. In addition, she donates free dental services at her private practice to low-income individuals through the New Mexico Dental Association Foundation. Dr. Le has been invited to serve as a speaker at the RMA (Renal Medicine Associates) Kidney Foundation and provides dental care to patients with renal disease. She is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the New Mexico Dental Association (NMDA), and the Albuquerque District Dental Society.
When she isn’t caring for patients, she believes home is where the heart is and loves spending time with her husband and two young children, Autumn and Logan. Dr. Le's other passions include travelling, interior design, and floral arrangement.

Ella Algermissen, DDS

Dr. Ella Algermissen grew up in Albuquerque and attended New Mexico State University (NMSU), where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. During her time at NMSU, she studied abroad for a year and a half in Spain where she studied Spanish and traveled throughout Europe. Before starting dental school, Dr. Algermissen worked as an orthodontic assistant for 2 years where she solidified her passion for dentistry. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.

In her free time Dr. Algermissen enjoys collecting house plants, spending time with her cat, and riding horses.
